If you’re interested in exploring specific wellbeing themes over a longer period, I offer weekly workshops or courses (2-3 hours per week for 6-10 weeks) focused on the following themes:

Personal Wellbeing and Growth

Action Plans for areas you want to explore - which could include Public, Physical or External Influences

Seasonal Herbal Wellness 

Spring detox, Summer foraging, Autumn stress support, Winter immune health

Building resilience, self-compassion, and purpose in life

'Therapy is intended to be a short-term approach to helping people overcome specific problems of a psychological nature: it doesn't necessarily provide a general picture, or philosophy, of life"...to "take the time to examine their life in order to live it better"

These programmes can be run in person or online, providing you with continued guidance and support as you build your wellbeing toolkit.
