Personal Growth, Meaning & Purpose The day begins with a coaching session to uncover patterns that are limiting you. Together we'll explore ways to help you move forward. We'll create a clear action plan to integrate what you've learnt into your daily life. You can learn Practical Techniques to Manage Anxiety & Stress
Explore Nature Garden & Power of Herbs A guided walk around Meadowsweet's private 5 acre garden of mature trees, hidden paths and secluded spaces. You'll explore the herb garden and discover the healing power of herbs. And make your own herbal treatment you can take away with you
Relaxation Therapies, Sauna & Hot Tub After a nutritious lunch, immerse yourself in hands-on therapies that nurture your body, mind and spirit. Experience reflexology, reiki and a rejuvenating Indian head massage. Let hypnotherapy melt away tension. Consult Paula's extensive library, take time out in the yurt to read and reflect

Late afternoon, take a detoxifying sauna, then let the warmth and serenity of a hot tub wash over you as you unwind completely at peace
Final Reflection & Goal Setting Your day closes with a chance to share your experience from the day, ask questions and reflect on any insights gained. The retreat closes with a sense of peace, renewal, and clarity about your wellbeing goals.

- Retreat Price: £175 per person for the full day, which includes all activities, lunch, and herbal remedies. Group of two discount £145 p.p.
- Optional Add-Ons: Additional treatments or private consultations may be offered at an extra cost.
- Accommodation Options: If you are traveling from afar, you can book Meadowsweet's yurt accommodation (see video above, 1 double bed & 2 singles available. Discount for party of 2 or more booking) or choose local B&Bs at a range of prices e.g. The King's Head, New Buckenham
Retreat Themes & Ongoing Support
If you’re interested in exploring specific wellbeing themes over a longer period, I offer weekly workshops or courses (2-3 hours per week for 6-10 weeks) focused on:
- Action Plans for areas you want to explore - These could include Public, Physical, Social and Personal worlds and how External influences may be effecting your Wellbeing too. Then set goals and create your own individual action plan to make any necessary changes happen
- Seasonal herbal wellness (Spring detox, Summer foraging, Autumn stress support, Winter immune health)
- Building resilience, self-compassion, and purpose in life
'Therapy is intended to be a short-term approach to helping people overcome specific problems of a psychological nature: it doesn't necessarily provide a general picture, or philosophy, of life"...to "take the time to examine their life in order to live it better"
These programmes can be run in person or online, providing you with continued guidance and support as you build your wellbeing toolkit.
