What is Wellbeing?

I’m Paula and in pursuit of these essential dimensions of wellbeing, I aim to emerge as a beacon of support. I don`t allocate a specific number of sessions, as it is totally driven by you, depending on what you may need and what works for you.

As wellbeing is multi dimensional, a holistic approach is ideal and I am experienced and qualified in many specialist areas, as I have been running my practice since 2002.

Everyone is unique and have their own incredible resources, deserving acceptance and respect. Gaining insights in to potential and self awareness can be vital to improved health and wellbeing.
