What is Holistic Health?

How Can it Help You?

I'm Paula Stone, founder of Meadowsweet Holistic Health. I'm an holistic health practitioner with over 23 years experience.
Holistic health means looking at the whole person, rather than just the condition.
I use a range of approaches according to your needs.

I offer personalized herbal remedies, holistic wellbeing coaching, self-care and relaxation sessions, educational workshops, and integrative health practices. My practice affirms the importance of nature, sustainability, and the body's innate ability to heal. My role is guiding you on your journey to better health and wellness.

Therapies I Offer

Apart from relaxation, visualisation, mindfulness and NLP approaches, CBT, EMDR, I have advanced qualifications in hypnotherapy and careers guidance. I can also discuss deeper, theoretical understanding of the mind and different perspectives, through the range of psychotherapeutic interventions, that I've also been trained in.

"Paula has a vast wealth of knowledge and passion for all things herbal. We only skimmed the surface of this fascinating topic in one day but we did come away with an enthusiasm to find out more and to think about cleavers, dandelions & other 'weeds' in our gardens in a new light”
