With self belief you will feel able to do more, so as to get to where you want to be. Unpeel the layers, roles, oughts, shoulds, explore your shadow, to find what truly matters to you.

If feel you are neurodiverse (Autistic) or have a label, which may be blinding you to your true potential, let’s explore ways to use your unique skills

​By gaining more self compassion and feeling you are worthy, by starting to value and respect your unique skills, means you can find your authentic self and start to live with more purpose.

Self belief, self esteem, self efficacy, self confidence, self development, self investment, competance. Let us explore what all these terms actually mean to YOU.

​By doing more of what you are passionate about, you can move forward and so then have the self belief, to act and create positive changes. Apart from helping you use your potential, you will be able to help others, the environment, community or feel a part of something much bigger, so create more existential meaning too…

My aim is to help you to reflect and gain insight and so be more able to deal with any issues, in an effective way. This is done within a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, empathetic, therapeutic relationship.

You can feel empowered to use your own resources to move towards where you want to be. Working together, we find ways to help with changing unwanted and unhelpful behaviours, beliefs or habits or gain a greater sense of wellbeing, self esteem and purpose so as to use your potential.

If you feel you have a label of a condition, that defines you to others in an inauthentic way, find your strengths, reframe who you are, to be the person you were born to be.

​Women, particularly, are often put in caring roles, but it is not selfish and never too late, to find what you really want to do in your life. ​Why not join a group here and by connecting to nature and learning the use of herbs for self care or to explore your personal, social, spiritual and physical worlds and make any changes, by setting goals. Together, we can explore how to improve our wellbeing in all these areas….

In a Wellbeing group, why not explore your Physical, Personal, Social and Spiritual worlds to enhance your wellbeing, by sharing in a safe space with others.

​This could involve exploring your Physical relationship with your environment, natural and material worlds or body in relation to risks, challenges and health.

What about the Personal relationship with yourself , reflecting on your identity and roles, strengths, potential and your relationships with animals, things, people in your own personal world.

How do you relate Socially to others in various situations, social and cultural norms and how they influence your behaviour and sense of belonging or isolation.

Spiritually, your beliefs, values, perspective, experience, upbringing and meanings may be determining how you make sense of the world. Are they helpful, empowering and authentic and are helping you towards your preferred future, so you can do more of what matters to you.

If any are unhelpful and become barriers, then having the courage to challenge what does not work, can improve wellbeing and be life enhancing
